The Vatican on Saturday accused the Italian media of spreading "false
and damaging" reports in what it condemned as a deplorable attempt to
influence cardinals who will meet in a secret conclave next month to
elect a new pope.
Since Pope Benedict announced his resignation on Feb. 11, Italian newspapers have been full of rumors about conspiracies, secret reports and lobbies in the Vatican that they say pushed the pope to abdicate, including a rumor that involved a shadowy "gay lobby" within the Vatican.
CNN Senior Vatican Analyst John Allen, who is also a correspondent with the National Catholic Reporter, cautioned that such unsourced speculation should be taken with a grain of salt.
While Allen said he doesn't know for sure whether a network based on sexual orientation was investigated by the Vatican, he said "frankly, it would be a little surprising if they hadn't" — given past scandals that have come to light.

“A decade of war is now ending,” President Obama declared Monday. Maybe that’s true in America, but it isn’t true anywhere else. Extremists are still plotting acts of terror. Authoritarian and autocratic regimes are still using violence to preserve their power. The United States can step back from international conflicts, but that won’t make them disappear.
Fortunately, there is another power that shares our economic and political values, that possesses sophisticated military technology and is also very interested in stopping the progress of fanatical movements, especially in North Africa and the Middle East. That power is Europe.
Don’t laugh! I realize that even a year ago, that statement would have seemed absurd. I certainly couldn’t have written it in the immediate aftermath of the 2011 Libya operation, during which France, Britain and a dozen other nations were barely able to sustain a brief war, involving no ground troops, against a poorly armed and unpopular regime. Unverified reports at the time alleged that the French ran out of bombs and were dropping lumps of concrete. Without the intelligence and coordination provided by American warships and airplanes and the CIA, the French planes wouldn’t even have known where to drop them.

In 2005, when German Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger was elected Pope Benedict XVI, the smoke came out grey, leaving tens of thousands in St. Peter’s Square baffled for minutes.

An historic agreement has been drafted between Israel and the
Vatican. The Israeli authorities have granted the Pope an official seat
in the room where the Last Supper is believed to have taken place, on
Mount Zion in Jerusalem, and where David and Solomon, Jewish kings of
Judea, are considered by some researchers, to also be buried.
It is the culmination of a long campaign by the Catholic Church to regain religious stewardship over the place where Jesus is supposed to have broken bread and drunk wine with his disciples on the eve of his crucifixion.
This is an enormous issue pushed through without any public debate.
According to
our sources, the agreement, which is expected to be ratified next June,
gives the Pope a “special authority” over the second floor of the
building, so that Christian pilgrims will be able to celebrate religious
functions like Pope John Paul did in 2000.
The agreement constitutes Israel’s capitulation to the Vatican’s efforts to “Christianize” the holy site, like when a Catholic convent was built in Auschwitz.
The Catholic Church has long wanted control over
part of the area on Mt. Zion so as to turn it into an international
religious center for Catholics. The blueprint of the agreement reads as
follows: “The Vatican hands over this use of the Cenacle to the Custody
of the Holy Land which will keep the Cenacle open from 6 AM to 8 AM for
the celebration of the Holy Mass”.
In the long term, the
gesture will increase tensions between Jews and the large assets of the
Vatican. The Church has long been working to reduce Jewish rights in
Jerusalem and in the Old City. Now, after the
Muslim Waqf authority expelled the Christians from the Temple Mount and
turned it into a mosque, it’s the turn of the Vatican to lay its hands
on the Jewish Jerusalem.
The Custody of the Holy Land,
the Franciscan order who, with Vatican approval, is in charge of the
holy sites, campaigns with the Arabs against Israel.
As far back as May 2000, Yasser Arafat met Islamic and Christian clergymen at the presidential offices in Ramallah to back Palestinian Arab sovereignty over Jerusalem. Among the clergymen who attended the meeting, Diodoros I, patriarch of the Greek Orthodox Church, Torkom II, patriarch of the Armenian Orthodox Church, Catholic Patriarch Michel Sabbah and officials from the Custody of the Holy Land.

also asking that Israel hand over to the Vatican’s control dozens of
sites, 19 in Judea and Samaria and 28 in Jerusalem. The Catholic Church
want to discuss some properties on Mount of Olives, Har Hazeitim, which
is the very history of the Jewish people. If you want to keep Jerusalem

A potentially explosive report has linked the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI to the discovery of a network of gay prelates in the Vatican, some of whom – the report said – were being blackmailed by outsiders.
The pope's spokesman declined to confirm or deny the report, which was carried by the Italian daily newspaper La Repubblica.
The paper said the pope had taken the decision on 17 December that he was going to resign – the day he received a dossier compiled by three cardinals delegated to look into the so-called "Vatileaks" affair.
Last May Pope Benedict's butler, Paolo Gabriele, was arrested and charged with having stolen and leaked papal correspondence that depicted the Vatican as a seething hotbed of intrigue and infighting.
According to La Repubblica, the dossier comprising "two volumes of almost 300 pages – bound in red" had been consigned to a safe in the papal apartments and would be delivered to the pope's successor upon his election.

Judge Won't Drop Acquitted Charges in New Trial Against Raw Milk Farmer

Last September, Alvin Schlangen was acquitted in Hennepin County, Minnesota of the following three charges: selling raw milk, operating without a food license, and handling adulterated food.
But in January he was brought up on six charges in his home county of Stearns, including the same three that were just dropped against him. Each side had a few weeks to submit letters, one of which was Alvin's attorney requesting to have the same three charges dropped.
Alvin is arguing that this is serial prosecution - I'm guessing a less severe form of what we might call Double Jeopardy. But Judge Thomas Knapp disagreed and said they were different "crimes," although similar, happening 10 days apart and involving separate foods. Schlangen argued that both county allegations "were from the same behavioral incident or continuous course of conduct," but the judge is moving forward and another trial will take place with Alvin on the defense.
As stressful as this dragged-out battle has been for Alvin and his supporters who rely on him for fresh food drop-offs -- there is plenty that we can do to help....

The battle for raw milk and food freedom is well under way. Demand is rising, and that has mega pasteurized-milk producers running scared to government officials, looking for protection in the name of public safety.
They aim to limit our access to this highly nutritious food so they don’t have to compete with it. Currently, the so-called “white gold” can’t be sold across state lines, leaving many with little to no options for obtaining this whole and complete food, which has been nourishing people for centuries.
Up until 1987 raw milk producers could ship raw milk to any state in the good ole’ US of A. But in the last couple of decades, access to nutrient-dense foods such as these is becoming more and more scarce because of pressure from food and pharmaceutical industry giants who view them as a threat. These special interest groups lobby government officials who, in turn, legislate or regulate small farmers out of business, thus eliminating their competition.

A terrifying meteorite shower left more than 500 people injured, buildings devastated and the mobile network wiped out when it hit Russia this morning.
Brightly burning rocks could be seen for miles as they crashed at around 9.20am local time and one bystander described it 'like a scene from the Armageddon movie.'
The meteor is believed to have landed in a lake near Chebarkul, a town in the neighbouring Chelyabinsk region.
The city of Chelyabinsk, 900 miles east of Moscow and close to the Kazakhstan border, took the brunt of the super sonic impact.

Golden Bell and Temple Seal Used by High Priest Found Near the Holy Temple Mount

The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement: "This Is Another Message From the G-d of Israel to His People Israel: 'Build My Holy Temple Now With No Delay!'"
For almost two thousand years the Land of Israel waited for the return of her Israelite sons and daughters to the Promised Land. Buried safely beneath the ground, the G-d of Israel protected the exciting biblical past of His people Israel — to be rediscovered by His Israeli children precisely during this prophetic redemptive end-time era so that they can restore the historical biblical chain and reconnect it with the link that was cut by the enemies of Israel when they destroyed the Kingdom of Israel nearly two millennium ago.
The intention of the God of Israel — through this godly plan which is happening now during the prophetic time of redemption that Israel is currently experiencing — is for the ancient links to be connected to the new links that the God and People of Israel are presently constructing in the Land of Israel. Every day yet another biblical archaeological find is discovered throughout the Land of Israel. The most exciting discoveries are the archaeological biblical finds that are connected to the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and specifically to the sacred temple worship performed by the Hebrew priests inside the Holy Temple, in addition to the biblical artifacts being found in the City of David that lies just south of the Holy Temple Mount.
Many of these biblical archaeological discoveries were found by the Israeli archaeologists after the redemptive Six Days War and especially in the last few years and each day there are more and more unearthed. All of these, I feel deep in my heart, are clear messages from the G-d of Israel to His People Israel to rebuild His Holy Temple with no delay on the Holy Temple Mount in Jerusalem, on the place that He pointed to King David to build His Holy House, and to renew the days of Israel as in the biblical times and to continue a prophetic chain as was prophesied by the G-d of Israel in His end-time prophesies.
A Golden Bell of the High Priest Discovered in the City of David
One of the most exciting and very important finds was the recent discovery of a small golden bell that hung on the High Priest's beautiful robe which he wore when he entered into the Holy of Holies inside the Holy Temple of the G-d of Israel. Golden bells were not part of the garments of regular temple priests. They were reserved only for the garments of the High Priest. According to the Word of the G-d of Israel, the bells were hung on the hem of the High Priest's robe and they would ring when the High Priest entered the Holy of Holies:
"... a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, upon the hem of the robe round about. And it shall be upon Aaron when he comes to minister: and its sound shall be heard when he goes in to the holy place before the L-rd, and when he comes out, that he die not." Exodus 28:34-35
Only the High Priest had permission from G-d to enter the Holy of Holies once a year on Yom Kippur, the holy day of atonement. The task of the bells on the High Priest's robe was to convey the message to the G-d of Israel that only the High Priest was entering into the Holy of Holies and not any other priest, so that the High Priest would not die. It was forbidden for any other priest or individual to enter the Holy of Holies, where the Shekina of G-d dwelt, or else he would die. When the High Priest entered the Holy of Holies on Yom Kippur, he prayed for the peace of the People of Israel and the entire world. It was a very exciting and special time in the life of the people of Israel. When the High Priest departed from the Holy of Holies after his prayers, still alive, the message was that the G-d of Israel, Who is a G-d of mercy, forgave the sins of His People Israel. At this exciting moment all the Israelites who took part in this godly event on the Holy Temple Mount became joyful and sang songs of thanksgiving to their beloved G-d.

I am well aware that this ministry, due to its essential spiritual nature, must be carried out not only with words and deeds, but no less with prayer and suffering. However, in today’s world, subject to so many rapid changes and shaken by questions of deep relevance for the life of faith, in order to govern the bark of Saint Peter and proclaim the Gospel, both strength of mind and body are necessary, strength which in the last few months, has deteriorated in me to the extent that I have had to recognize my incapacity to adequately fulfill the ministry entrusted to me. For this reason, and well aware of the seriousness of this act, with full freedom I declare that I renounce the ministry of Bishop of Rome, Successor of Saint Peter, entrusted to me by the Cardinals on 19 April 2005, in such a way, that as from 28 February 2013, at 20:00 hours, the See of Rome, the See of Saint Peter, will be vacant and a Conclave to elect the new Supreme Pontiff will have to be convoked by those whose competence it is.Dear Brothers, I thank you most sincerely for all the love and work with which you have supported me in my ministry and I ask pardon for all my defects. Prophecies - The Last 10 Popes
Known to Catholics as St. Malachy (1094-1148)
Born in 1094 A.D. at Armagh, Ireland, Saint Malachy is also known as: Maolmhaodhog ua Morgair; Maol Maedoc; and Malachy O'Morgair. He died as he himself predicted, on November 2, 1148 at Clairvaux, France. Malachy was canonized the first Irish Saint in the Catholic Church by Pope Clement III in 1190 A.D.
The correspondence between the prophecies of Saint Malachy and the Mayan Calendar (whose 'long count' ends in 2012) are alarming, to put it mildly. Why did the ancient Mayan or pre-Maya choose December 21st, 2012 A.D., as the end of their Long Count calendar?
Saint Malachy was a 12th century Irish monk, who, while on a visit to Rome had a vision of all the popes who would ever reign. Malachy "saw"-and committed to paper- a series of Latin phrases describing the popes to come. He catalogued each one with an epigrammatic verse, such as 'the tears of the sun'. Malachy made the prophecy in 1139. Reportedly it was entrusted to Pope Innocent II in 1140. But for some reason it was "lost" in the Vatican for 400 years, only to be "discovered" in 1595 A.D. Malachy s predictions reputedly were made in 1139 while he was on a pilgrimage to the Vatican, where he was appointed papal legate for Ireland. On his last trek to the holy see in Rome, in 1148, Malachy accurately predicted the place and time of his own death: Clairvaux, France, on All Souls Day, November 2, of that same year.
The Malachy Prophecies were first published in 1595, by a Benedictine monk & historian named Arnold de Wyon, who found them 5 years earlier in the Vatican archives. Arnold recorded them in his book, entitled: 'Lignum Vitæ'.
Malachy's Prophecies - The Last 10 Popes
1. The Burning Fire. PIUS X. 1903-1914. This Pope showed a burning passion for spiritual renewal in the Church.
2. Religion Laid Waste (Religio Depopulata). BENEDICT XV. 1914-1922. Unfortunately, this was true. During this Pope's reign saw Communism move into Russia where religious life was laid waste, and World War I with the death of millions of Christians who were carnage in Flanders Field and elsewhere.
3. Unshaken Faith. PIUS XI. 1922-1939. This Pope faced tremendous pressure from fascist and sinister powers in Germany and Italy, but he was an outspoken critic of Communism and Fascism which enraged Hitler.
4. An Angelic Shepherd. PIUS XII. 1939-1958. This Pope had an affinity for the spiritual world and received visions which have not been made public. Peter Bander says Pius XII "has emerged as one of the great Popes of all time," and he "was in the truest sense of the word an Angelic Pastor to the flock..."
5. Pastor and Mariner. JOHN XXIII. 1958-1963. " Pastor et Nauta" or "Pastor and sailor". John was a pastor to the world, much beloved, and the Patriarch of Venice. The connection to "mariner" is thus remarkable. According Peter Bander in The Prophecies of Malachy (TAN Books and Publisher, 1969) during the conclave which was to elect John XXIII in 1958, a certain Cardinal from the United States, (Cardinal Spellman of New York) evidently having taken Malachy's forecast that the next pope would be "pastor and mariner" literally, rented a boat, filled it with sheep and sailed up and down the Tiber.
6. Flower of Flowers. "Flos Florum" PAUL VI. 1963-1978. Paul's coat-of-arms depicts three fleurs-de-lis, corresponding to Malachy's prophecy. His coat of arms included three fleurs-de-lis (iris blossoms). 7. Of the Half Moon. "De Medietate Lanae," or "from the half moon" JOHN PAUL I. 1978-1978. John Paul I was elected Pope on August 26, 1978, when there was a half moon. He reigned 33 days, that is, about one month, when he died, although many think he was murdered. He was the 109th Pope - is "De Medietate Lunae" (Of the Half Moon). The corresponding pope was John Paul I (1978-78), who was born in the diocese of Belluno (beautiful moon) and was baptized Albino Luciani which means white light, such as that given off by the half-moon in Malachy s prophecy. He became pope on August 26, 1978, when the moon appeared exactly half full. It was in its waning phase. He died the following month, soon after an eclipse of the moon.

Amazingly, Pope John Paul II was the only pope who was both born the day of an eclipse of the sun, and entombed the day the sun was eclipsed.
One of Malachy's strangest predictions concerned the pope who would follow 'De Medietate Lunae'. He is designated as 'De Labore Solis', or 'from the toil of the sun'. Applied to John Paul II, this phrase reveals nothing less than a double prophecy. John Paul II (Karol Wojtyla), the first non-Italian elected in 456 years, was a native of Krakow, Poland. Krakow is the city where, in the 15th and 16th centuries, Copernicus 'toiled'; for years to prove his heretical theory that the earth revolved around the sun. Many of Malachy s interpreters also suggested that the 'sun' reference indicated a young pope. Fifty-eight years old at the time of his election, John Paul II was the youngest pope in over a century.

False Doctrines Exposed - The Complete List
For the past three weeks we have been running this feature exposing many of the greatest false doctrines of modern Christianity. These articles are not written by authors of The Plain Truth, but by http://www.end-times-prophecy.org, in which we have no connection. These are very well written articles that The Plain Truth wanted to publish for our readers.
There are many doctrines taught in the mainstream Christian churches today that are false teachings, which are not supported by the Word of God in the Bible. But how can so many people around the world be wrong? Because they have been deceived by the "wine" (false doctrines) of Babylon the Great. The whore of Babylon has made the whole world drunk with her false teachings and as Revelation 13 confirms, she has made the "WHOLE world wonder after the beast."
The purpose of this page is to enlighten you with the TRUTH of God's Word regarding these teachings. And I would urge everyone to prayerfully study these things for themselves. Asking God to reveal the truth, because it is only through the truth that we will be able to stand against the deceptions of Satan during the last days before Christ Jesus returns.
2 Thessalonians 2:8-12 ...'And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.'
Do you see why seeking the truth is so important? Do you have a love for the truth? I hope so, because it is the TRUTH that will set us free (John 8:32), which is found only in the Word of God (John 17:17) and those who live the truth (John 3:21) will worship God according to the truth (John 4:23-24) through Christ Jesus who IS the truth (John 14:6) and the ONLY way to salvation.
Ephesians 6:14 ...'Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth.'
False Doctrine 1 - The Immortal Soul
The majority of professing Christians today believe that when we die, we have a separate "soul" that continues
to live on. Those who are lost will go to "hell" and the saved will go to heaven. Did you know that Christians were not the first people to believe in the immortal soul? No, this belief came from the Pagan world. All throughout the Old Testament, you will not see one verse where God or His people proclaimed an immortal soul teaching. And the same goes with the New Testament, apart from some vague statements made by the apostle Paul, which do not support an immortal soul at all. So what is the truth? Take a look at how we were created:
Genesis 2:7 ...'And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul'
Now according to the popular belief today, we were GIVEN a soul that lives on after we are dead. But can you see the truth in the above Bible verse? Man BECAME a "living soul" with the breath of God (spirit) in him. So what will happen when that breath of God (spirit) goes out? ... Genesis 3:19 ...' In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.'
Can you see the clear truth of this? We are made out of the dirt of the ground. And it is ONLY the breath of God that keeps us alive and makes us "LIVING SOULS". But without that breath of God in us, we become DUST again! We we not given a soul, we ARE living souls while we are alive.
All throughout the Old Testament we are taught that after death we know NOTHING (Ecclesiastes 9:5,10; Psalm 115:17). And in Isaiah, we are given a remarkable prophecy concerning the second coming of Christ Jesus and the doctrine of what happens when we die:
Isaiah 26:19 ...'Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.'
Do you see? Where do we DWELL until the second coming of Christ Jesus? In the grave! Awaiting the resurrection. Friends, this is the Bible truth. When we die, we return to dust and await the second coming of Jesus when He will resurrect us. We do not have an immortal soul, because ONLY Christ Jesus has immortality (1 Timothy 6:16). And it is only through Him that we can GAIN immortality (1 Corinthians 15:53).
Christ Jesus Himself taught that when we die, we sleep (Matthew 9:24; John 11:11-14). And this falls in line with the Old Testament teaching that we "wait" in the grave until the resurrection. Friends, we need to know the TRUTH about this important subject, because Satan is going to use it to deceive the nations in the last days. Spiritualism is on the increase, and we need the truth so that we do not get caught in it's trap.

False Doctrine 2 - Eternal Hell Fire
Now this is a false teaching that is a complete abomination. And I'm not ashamed to say that it is a doctrine of devils! Mainstream Christian churches believe and teach (some rather exuberantly), that when the lost person dies, he/she will be sent into the "fires of hell", there to remain and burn in anguish and extreme pain and suffering for ALL ETERNITY!
So let me get this straight. Our God of LOVE is going to torture the lost with fire for the ceaseless ages to come? And all for a SHORT life of sin, in a body that is PRONE to sin because of the fall of Adam and Eve? Does this sound like love? Not one bit. But wait, maybe the Bible teaches this? ... No it doesn't!
John 3:16 ...'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.'
The most well known Bible verse in the whole world. And yet so few people actually KNOWS what it is saying! There are only TWO options for us. One is to follow Christ Jesus and GAIN eternal life. The other is to not follow Christ Jesus and PERISH. We all know what perish means right? To be COMPLETELY destroyed ... nothing left! And when you learn the truth that we don't have an immortal soul, then this really makes complete sense.
Now don't get me wrong. The lost WILL be judged and punished with "hell fire", which Revelation chapters 19 and 20 describes as the "lake of fire". But that fire will "burn them up" (Malachi 4:1) and they will die the "second DEATH" (Revelation 21:8). And this agrees with what God foretold long ago, when He said ... "the soul that sinneth, it SHALL DIE." (Ezekiel 18:20).

False Doctrine 3 - The Rapture
The rapture doctrine is based on a couple of flimsy (at best) Bible verses, and yet those who push it
completely ignore the crystal clear Bible verses that 100 percent PROVE the rapture theory to be false. And not only is this a false teaching, those who believe in it cannot even agree on WHEN it is going to happen - pre-trib, mid-trib or post-trib. There is just complete confusion regarding this doctrine. And yet the Bible is so clear ... there is NO rapture. The word doesn't even exist in the Bible. So let me give you some Bible verses that expose this false doctrine.
Matthew 13:24-30 ...'Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; [NO] lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together FIRST the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.'
Oh how I love the true Word of God. It's sharper than any two edged sword! Praise the Lord! So what does this rapture theory teach? It teaches that Jesus will suddenly rapture away the church BEFORE the end of the world and BEFORE the lost (tares) are gathered, and then the world will CONTINUE another 7 years, during which there will be great tribulation. So the rapture doctrine teaches that Christ will take the saved FIRST. But what does the above Bible verses confirm? They confirm that the wheat (church) and the tares (lost) grow TOGETHER UNTIL THE HARVEST, and then the LOST are taken FIRST. And when is the harvest?
Matthew 13:38-40 ...'The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.'
No matter what flimsy texts they try to base their belief on, the rapture theory is dead against the above clear Bible truth. And do you know what is so dangerous about the rapture teaching? It makes people relax and think they will get a second chance after the rapture to be saved. This is a deception from Satan. Because when Christ Jesus returns soon, every case for saved and lost will have ALREADY been judged and decided. And there will be no second chance.

False Doctrine 4 - The Sabbath Day Abolished
Although I have labelled this as the sabbath day abolished, there are a few differing views and beliefs concerning the sabbath day throughout the mainstream Christian churches. Some believe that the sabbath day of the 4th commandment has been abolished completely. Some believe that the sabbath day has been changed from the 7th day of the week to the 1st. And others believe that we can keep any day as the sabbath day. But, you guessed it. They are all wrong, because the 7th day sabbath still stands exactly as per the 4th commandment today. Let me share with you an interesting statement made by Christ Jesus Himself:
Matthew 5:17-18 ...'Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.'
Now many Christians look at this verse and for some strange reason use it to defend their belief that Jesus "did away" with the ten commandments. And yet that is a clear contradiction to what Jesus actually said above. Look, Jesus said He DIDN'T come to destroy the law, He came to "fulfil". And that word fulfil in the original language actually means "to bring FULL MEANING" to the law. And the next verse is even more clear:
"Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law."
Do you see what Christ Jesus is saying here? It is so clear. One jot or tittle shall NOT pass from the law till the end of this world. What law? Read the rest of Matthew 5 and you will see that Jesus was talking about the ten commandments. Friends, if one jot or tittle has NOT passed from the ten commandments, then the 4th commandment concerning the sabbath day remains EXACTLY as it was, which means the sabbath day is the 7th day of the week (our Saturday), not the 1st (Sunday).
If you study the creation account, you will see that God instituted the seventh day sabbath BEFORE there was any sin in this world. Meaning He meant it to be an eternal weekly day of rest, which the prophecy of Isaiah 66:22-23 confirms. And the seventh day of the week is the ONLY day that God has ever blessed and set apart for holy use.

False Doctrine 5 - Mark of the Beast a Physical Mark
There is a huge amount of professing Christians who do not even look into this important prophecy, and yet it is one that will decide the fate of the world in the last days. And those who do study the mark of the beast, the majority believe that the mark is going to be a physical mark like a microchip (RFID) or an ID card, or something similar. But the mark of the beast CANNOT be a physical mark and I will tell you why.
Study the WHOLE Bible and what will you see with certainty that God is concerned with? He is concerned with WORSHIP and KEEPING HIS COMMANDMENTS right? And if you study Revelation 13 and 14 concerning the beast's mark, what is the central theme?
Revelation 13: ...'vs 4 ...And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? ... vs 8 ...And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world ... vs 11-12 ...And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth ... and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast ... vs 15 ...and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.'
Revelation 14: ...'vs 6-7 ...And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven ... Saying with a loud voice ... worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters ... vs 9-10 ...If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand ... The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God.'
Would you say that this is an issue of WORSHIP? So what has worship got to do with having a physical mark like a microchip or ID card FORCED upon you? And how does a microchip or ID card STOP you from giving true worship to God? It doesn't. Which is why the mark of the beast CANNOT be a physical mark. It is a spiritual mark that is to do with worship. Now look at this verse:
Revelation 14:12 ...'Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.'
Right after the angel warns about receiving the mark of the beast, we are told that those who DON'T get the mark, ie, the saints, are the one's who are KEEPING God's commandments and following in the footstep of Jesus Christ. So the mark of the beast will be to do with God's ten commandments. The beast will enforce a law that will go against one or more of God's ten commandments. And those who accept this law of the beast will in effect be giving their WORSHIP to the beast, rather than God. Then they will have a spiritual mark that God can see and they will be lost.
Now don't get me wrong. I believe that technology like a microchop or biometric ID card will be used to help ENFORCE the mark of the beast. But in of themselves it is impossible for them to be the actual mark.

False Doctrine 6 - Antichrist Has Not Come Yet
Again, like the mark of the beast issue, there are huge numbers of professing Christians who are not interested in finding out who the antichrist is. And those who do study it, the majority believe it will be a man who will rise to power in Europe, sometime in the near future. This false teaching was popularized by the "Left Behind" books, amongst many other false teachings. And there are many who just accept those books as truth, rather than study it for themselves in the Word of God.
The amazing thing about this one, is that the antichrist was revealed HUNDREDS of years ago by the Protestant reformers. These brave men and women of God stood up for the truth and declared the persecuting Roman Catholic Church as the main Bible antichrist, and the Pope as that "man of sin" which Paul speaks about. And yet virtually ALL of Protestantism today has now turned away from the great truths that God revealed through the reformers, and has embraced the whore of Babylon, their MOTHER.
The main Bible antichrist constitutes the little horn of Daniel 7. The sea beast of Revelation 13 and Babylon the Great of Revelation 17 and 18. And this antichrist system is lead by that man of sin in 2 Thessalonians 2. And all these point UNMISTAKENLY to the Papal Church of Rome. Let's just look quickly at that man of sin.
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 ...'Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.'
What does the Bible say the temple of God is today? 1 Corinthians 3:16 tells us that WE (the church) are the temple of God. So for the man of sin to "sit in the temple of God", he would need to reside and sit in a position of leadership in the professing Christian church right? And he would need to be looked upon and venerated and exalted higher than other men and be placed in a position like God right?
Did you know that the word "anti" in antichrist can also mean "IN PLACE OF" Christ?
So do we have a leader in the professing Christian church who is exalted higher than other
men and is regarded as being in place of Christ on earth? Yes! The Pope of the Roman Catholic Church. And what is he called? The Holy Father!!
Who else would sit in the church on a throne between two golden cherubim, as God, called "holy father", other than the man of sin?!
This is your man of sin - the Roman Catholic Pope, and the Roman Catholic Church is the Bible antichrist.

Friends, these are important doctrines that Satan has twisted and is going to use to deceive the masses in the very last days. And the only way we can be guarded against the attacks from the enemy is by studying and learning the truth. Why has God bothered giving us His Word in the Bible? Why have many people given their very lives to bring us the Word of God in our own language? Because the TRUTH is vital for us to know and understand.
I pray that you will study these things for yourself. Don't even take my word as truth, but prayerfully study it yourself in the Bible and Christ Jesus will open your eyes to wonderful things that He is longing to share with you, so that you may stand in the day of temptation and not be deceived.
