Rebuilding the Temple from the inside out

First-century Jerusalem

If the Jewish Temple is ever to be rebuilt in Jerusalem, the massive curtain – 66 feet high by 33 feet wide and 2 inches thick – that once hung in the Second Temple and was consumed by fire in A.D. 70, will need to be recreated.

That task is already underway in the Jewish community of Shiloh, located in biblical Samaria about 40 minutes north of Jerusalem, reports Israel Today.

The site of Israel’s Temple may be the most disputed site on earth. WND’ Superstore offers a wealth of information on this amazing place.

For more than two years women from the community have been working to assemble the materials and learn the techniques needed to weave the veil that will hang between, and separate, the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies.

Are We The Modern Romans

Rome fell — a fact of history!

Modern Romans (Prelim 1975)01 But why? The reasons have never been fully understood. The lessons have not been learned. Many of the same basic mistakes that weakened the once mighty Roman Empire before its toppling by barbarian hordes are now being repeated in America, Britain and the Western world.
You need to understand!

This booklet contains a shocking message — a warning for our day. And unless our peoples and nations wake up and immediately alter their course, they will — in modern fashion, and much more rapidly — suffer a similar crashing downfall!

Shaken Baby Syndrome: Medical Science Or Medical Faith

Catherine J. Frompovich
Activist Post

image from 1.bp.blogspot.com“This, in addition to the other more recent developments in this area previously discussed, arguably suggests that a claim of shaken baby syndrome is more an article of faith than a proposition of science.”  - Matthew F. Kennelly, United States District Judge
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division
Case No. 10 C 5070
January 27, 2014
Shaken baby syndrome (SBS) is something of an enigma. The medical profession, especially Emergency Room personnel—doctors, in particular—medically certify to legally charge adults with SBS when a child is brought in after having experienced trauma – usually diagnosed as head trauma – from supposed severe shaking by an adult, usually a parent or the last-known care giver.

First and foremost, let it be known that this writer is not discussing genuinely-deliberate child abuse, which rightly must be prosecuted as criminal acts. What’s being discussed here is the apparent ‘blind faith’ theory that if a child has subdural hemorrhage, retinal hemorrhage and brain swelling (aka SBS triad of symptoms) then that child has been shaken violently by an adult, a parent, or a care giver even though there are no physical marks or broken bones on the child’s body.

Conspiracy Theorists Vindicated: HAARP Confirmed Weather-manipulation Tool

The most damning aspersion that can be lobbed against any person, or the exposure of “secret government activity,” overwhelmingly is “Conspiracy Theorist.” That pejorative ‘handle’ is equated with imbecile mind-activity with aspersions often suggested as ‘tin hat wearers’. Well, step aside all you doubters and listen up carefully to what took place in the halls of Congress on May 14, 2014 regarding the weather modification system known as HAARP.

In the YouTube below Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) asks some pointed questions about HAARP. However, readers may not be surprised at the answers, but the mainstream media ought to be wiping oodles of egg yolk from its collective face.

FCC approves plan to consider paid priority on Internet

The Federal Communications Commission on Thursday voted in favor of advancing a proposal that could dramatically reshape the way consumers experience the Internet, opening the possibility of Internet service providers charging Web sites for higher-quality delivery of their content to American consumers.

The plan, approved in a three-to-two vote along party lines, could unleash a new economy on the Web where an Internet service provider such as Verizon would charge a Web site such as Netflix for the guarantee of flawless video streaming.

The proposal is not a final rule, but the vote on Thursday is a significant step forward on a controversial idea that has invited fierce opposition from consumer advocates, Silicon Valley heavyweights, and Democratic lawmakers. The FCC will now open the proposal to a total 120 days of public comment. Final rules, aimed for the end of the year, could be rewritten after the agency reviews the public comments.   Read More>>>>>>>>

Billionaire Robert W. Wilson tells Bill Gates that Gates Charity A SCAM!

That's What the Plain Truth Told You Years Ago!

Charitable Trusts are tax scams - Nobody gives away much of their wealth - but YOU pay their tax credits!

Bill Gates tried to get hedge fund founder Robert W. Wilson, who committed suicide over the weekend, to join his giving pledge. Wilson, who gave away hundreds of millions of dollars of his personal fortune on his own, politely told Gates he wanted to “stay far away” from his effort. In emails from 2010 provided to BuzzFeed by a source close to Wilson, the hedge fund manager tells Gates that the pledge is essentially “worthless” and that he wants to “stay far away” from his effort.

Subject: Giving Pledge discussion

Robert,

I’m writing to let you know about an idea we’re calling the “Giving Pledge” that came out of a number of conversations that Melinda and Warren and I have had with a number of people over the past year.

The idea is that when you take the Giving Pledge, you agree to give the majority of your wealth to charity during your lifetime or through your will. The Giving Pledge will be public, and pledges will be posted on a website (www.givingpledge.org). A pledge can consist of a single sentence or a longer explanation of your philosophy in respect to philanthropy.

By bringing together the people who take the Giving Pledge in various ways, including at an annual event, we hope we can all learn from each other. The Giving Pledge is more of a moral commitment than anything else. It is not a legal contract, and it does not involve pooling money or supporting a particular set of causes.

We will only invite people of substantial wealth to join this particular group but we will also cite efforts being made by others to draw everyone into philanthropy. At first we will focus on the United States, but we plan to extend it to other places if it goes well here.

Since your generosity has inspired so many and you have clearly already lived this Pledge, I am writing to see if you would be willing to help lead this effort and join us in encouraging others.

We are planning to proceed in three steps:

Today an article about the Giving Pledge was posted online at www.fortune.com. Warren and Melinda and I will be on Charlie Rose’s show tonight to further discuss the idea.

Second is that in the next few days, we are asking some of the great philanthropists in the United States to join us in signing a letter to hundreds of wealthy people in the United States inviting them to pledge. We are working on an initial draft, which we will send you for your feedback if you choose to be involved. We hope to send the letter out in a few weeks.

Third is that sometime in the fall – perhaps October – we will have an event for everyone who was invited and has agreed to sign up. This will be an annual event and we will discuss whether any other types of activities would be attractive to the group.

Thanks for considering this. I look forward to discussing this with you soon and I’ve asked someone on my staff to set that up.

Bill

Mr. Gates, I decided more than ten years ago to try to give away 70% of my net worth and have already given away one-half billion dollars. (I’ve never been a Forbes 400) So I really don’t have to take the pledge.

Your “Giving Pledge” has a loophole that renders it practically worthless, namely permitting pledgees to simply name charities in their wills. I have found that most billionaires or near billionaires hate giving large sums of money away while alive and instead set up family-controlled foundations to do it for them after death. And these foundations become, more often than not, bureaucracy-ridden sluggards. These rich are delighted to toss off a few million a year in order to remain socially acceptable. But that’s it.

I’m going to stay far away from your effort. But thanks for thinking of me. Cordially

What you are doing is fantastic. You are giving a high percentage and doing it in a very efficient way to causes you have thought deeply about.

The key benefit of your getting involved in the pledge would be having people learn more from your example both in your pledge letter and your participation in the yearly events. We believe the more people we get involved the stronger the effort will be and the more people who will join.

You are right that the Giving Pledge allows people to join in who don’t give until their will comes into action. Since people don’t know when they will die it is a bit difficult to make the timing of their giving super specific.

You are also right that some people set up foundations without a strong focus or leadership and with high overhead.

One of our goals with the Giving Pledge is to make it more common for people to consider their philanthropic plans at a much younger age. A number of people we have talked to about the pledge have said that they are thinking through their plans now instead of waiting because of the pledge. People often put off thinking about giving because it involves considering when they die and forces them to pick particular causes and decide how much to leave for each family member. The causes that are easy to pick are often not the ones that have the biggest impact on reducing inequity. We aren’t trying to homogenize the giving but we do think people getting exposures to others who have thought a lot about the right causes will improve the overall quality of giving.

So it is fine for you to stay out but I want you to know that we agree with your views on philanthropy and we would benefit from your joining in. If you are willing to talk further about this I would love to chat on the phone sometime.

Mr. Gates, thanks much for your email. But as my previous email indicated, I wouldn’t have much fun or add much value to this group. You, being a liberal, think you can change people more than I think.

But let me make one comment. When I talk to young people who seem destined for great success, I tell them to forget about charities and giving. Concentrate on your family and getting rich—which I found very hard work. I personally and the world at large are very glad you were more interested in computer software than the underprivileged when you were young. And don’t forget that those who don’t make money never become philanthropists.

When rich people reach 50 and are beginning to slow down is the time to begin engaging them in philanthropy.

I’d greatly appreciate just leaving it at that. Cordially

Man Almost Hit By "Big Boy"

The man was one of many spectators standing near railroad tracks in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The crowd was waiting for the Union Pacific's No. 4014 "Big Boy," a gigantic 73-year-old steam engine, to pass through. But the the man was so preoccupied with capturing the train on film, ABC says he didn't seem to notice a second train chugging along. "Doesn't budge from the tracks. Still standing -- someone had to take him out. I mean you can hear the noise of the train. People were yelling, saying 'get out of the way.'" Thank goodness for that bystander who got the man out of the way in the nick of time.

Big Boy coming through! Locomotive of the Union Pacific Railroad to be restored to its former glory

In its prime, a massive steam locomotive known as Big Boy No. 4014 was a moving eruption of smoke and vapor, a 6,300-horsepower brute dragging heavy freight trains over the mountains of Wyoming and Utah.

It's been silent for half a century, pushed aside by more efficient diesels, but now it's coming back to life. The Union Pacific Railroad is embarking on a yearslong restoration project that will put No. 4014 back to work pulling special excursion trains.

'It's sort of like going and finding the Titanic or something that's just very elusive, nothing that we ever thought would happen,' said Jim Wrinn, editor of Trains, a magazine that covers the railroad industry.

Constitutional rights aren’t all that effective if you don’t know what they are. A new infographic released by Online-Paralegal-Programs.com seeks to help Americans understand what rights they do and don’t have when interacting with an officer of the law.

The infographic is surprisingly detailed and includes information on filming a police encounter, DUI stops and requirements to show ID — which actually varies state to state.

Congress Learns an EMP Could Kill 90% of Americans

Español: Afección de un artefacto de ataque co... (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Yesterday Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee held a hearing about the potential impact of an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) bomb over America.

An EMP is caused by the detonation of a high-altitude nuclear bomb which sends a massive surge that fries anything electrical. It destroys anything with a microchip, the entire electric grid, and all vehicles built after the mid-1980s.

McCaul opened the hearing entitled, "Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP): Threat to Critical Infrastructure," saying an EMP would be far more catastrophic than even ground-level nuclear bombs. (watch video below)

The WHO's Global Polio "Emergency"

Did you hear? The World Health Organization declared that the spread of polio is an international health emergency.Megan Heimer, NHE, JD, ND--Activist Post

You can’t possibly have missed this. I don’t have a t.v. and somehow I found out about this crisis. Polio is all over the news which I find completely ironic considering it was mumps last week, measles the week before, chicken pox, and whooping cough before that. There’s a theme here…clearly. Next week it will be Hep B, tetanus, or maybe anthrax? I’ve read the articles and I’ve seen the pictures…like this one from the BBC’s website (which may have led to a silent scream inside my head).

Here’s a statement taken from the BBC about the current “outbreak:”
The WHO recorded 417 cases of polio worldwide for the whole of 2013. For 2014, it had already recorded 68 cases by 30 April – up from 24 in the same period last year. [...] The virus is transmitted through contaminated food and water, and multiplies in the intestine.”

A lesson from Henry Ford on the minimum wage and economics

Portrait of Henry Ford (ca. 1919)Portrait of Henry Ford (ca. 1919) (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

The left has been arguing for some time now that Henry Ford increased his employees’ wages so that they could buy the cars they built (see the Huffington PostDaily Beast, etc.). They believe that Ford’s doubling of the average employees’ wage to $5 per day in 1914, which was followed by a period of tremendous growth, vindicates their argument that raising individual incomes through government fiat by increasing the minimum wage will make Americans wealthier and combat “inequality” without negative effects.

However, a book out last year titled “The Dao of Capital: Austrian Investing in a Distorted World,” written by hedge fund manager and ardent free-marketeer Mark Spitznagel, argues that the true lesson of Ford’s doubling of wages was not about enabling employees to buy Model T’s.

Has King David's citadel been found?

An Israeli archaeologist says he has found the legendary citadel captured by King David in his conquest of Jerusalem.

Eli Shukron has spent two decades uncovering a massive fortification of five-ton stones stacked 21 feet (6 meters) wide, and claims 'the whole site we can compare to the bible perfectly.'

The fortification was built 800 years before King David would have captured it from its Jebusite rulers, and Shukron says the biblical story of David's conquest of Jerusalem provides clues that point to this particular fortification as David's entry point into the city.

NOAH'S ARK Flood Story? Look at this fact......

Picture shows how all the water on Earth would fit into one 860-mile-wide ball

When people talk about our water supply running out, it's often difficult to imagine - but according to the U.S. government's Geological Survey, all the water on Earth would fit into an 860-mile-wide bubble.

Around 70% of Earth's surface IS water-covered - but it's a very, very thin layer.

Although 70% of Earth's surface is water-covered, it's a very, very thin layer

Although 70% of Earth's surface is water-covered, it's a very, very thin layer

Every sea, river and underground lake would fit into what looks like a tiny blue 'blister' on the side of our planet.

'As you know, the Earth is a watery place - but all the water on, in, and above the Earth would fill a ball the size of that tiny blue sphere sitting on the United States, reaching from about Salt Lake City, Utah to Topeka, Kansas,' says a USGS release.

The oceans hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth's water.

Water also exists on Earth in the air as clouds and water vapour, in lakes and rivers, in icecaps and glaciers, and in living creatures - but all of that would fit into the tiny ball.

'The vast majority of water on the Earth's surface, over 96 percent, is saline water in the oceans,' says the USGS.

The Ice Age – When Was It?

Northern hemisphere glaciation during the last...(Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Editor's note: THERE IS NO BIBLICAL PROOF of a 6,000 year old earth! The proof is that mankind is 6,000 years old!

Over the past twenty years I’ve had a fair number of people ask me about the Ice Age.  Based on the Bible’s indication of a 6000 year old earth, they want to know when the Ice Age happened and if there really was an Ice Age.

According to evolutionists, there were a number of ice ages.  Their times and magnitude vary from source to source.  One scenario being taught at a major university says that the first and largest ice age occurred about 650,000 years ago.  This ice age was supposed to have been so massive that the sea level dropped by nearly 400 feet, the global temperature dropped by about 9ºF and it lasted almost 50,000 years.  Afterwards, the earth experienced an ice age about every 100,000 year with the last ice age occurring about 20,000 years ago and lasting until about 11,000 years ago.   MORE

MICHIGAN BANS ANIMALS ON SMALL FARMS

Bill Protects Big Business AgraFarms, The Govt and Monsanto - Takes away all of our GOD GIVEN RIGHTS!

(MICHIGAN LIVE) The Michigan Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development voted in a special session April 28 to adopt changes that make all farm livestock operations, no matter how small, subject to the rules–and creates a category of land where no animals will be in compliance.

As reactions begin, a Sierra Club representative said the vote is a blow to small farmers by stripping them of state protection afforded other farmers; Michigan Farm Bureau said it strengthens protection of all farmers by trying to reduce land use conflicts.

The Right to Farm Act was created in 1981 to protect commercial farm at a time when city people were moving into rural areas and then complaining about conditions typical to farming, according to the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The law protects the farmer from nuisance lawsuits as long as the operation is conforming to Generally Accepted Agricultural and Management Practices laid out by the state.

Japan split over revision to pacifist constitution

Forward By Bob Barney:

Mac1We knew this was coming. Thanks to the USA not listening to Gen MacArthur!

Many today do not know this, but the Japanese Constitution was mainly written by Gen MacArthur and staff...The most important reform carried out by the American occupation was the establishment of a new constitution to replace the 1889 Meiji Constitution. In early 1946, the Japanese government submitted a draft for a new constitution to the General Headquarters, but it was rejected for being too conservative. MacArthur ordered his young staff to draft their own version in one week. The document, submitted to the Japanese government on February 13, 1946, protected the civil liberties MacArthur had introduced and preserved the emperor, though he was stripped of power. Article 9 forbade the Japanese ever to wage war again. This establishment of a Japanese war department was presented to the General by the prime minister, who said, "we can never again suffer Hiroshima and Nagasaki"--- to which MacArthur said that he would do everything possible to fulfill that wish.....  Today we are allowing this militarization to happen again and WAR in Asia will be the result.

General Douglas MacArthur warned us:  "Men since the beginning of time have sought peace. Various methods through the ages have been attempted to devise an international process to prevent or settle disputes between nations. From the very start workable methods were found in so far as individual citizens were concerned, but the mechanics of an instrumentality of larger international scope have never been successful. Military alliances, balances of power, Leagues of Nations, all in turn failed, leaving the only path to be by way of the crucible of war. The utter  destructiveness of war now blocks out this alternative. We have had our last chance. If we will not devise some greater and more equitable system, Armageddon will be at our door."

Physicists Think They Have Solved the Mystery of How the Ancient Egyptians Moved the Pyramid Stones

How the ancient Egyptians managed to move multi-ton stones to build the pyramids without modern technology has long baffled scientists, but now researchers think they’ve learned the secret.

According to the American Physical Society, a team from the University of Amsterdam showedthat adding water — but not too much — to sand would reduce friction enough to make sliding an object on it easier.

In this Egyptian painting, the researchers pointed out that it shows a sled with water being poured in front of it. (Image source: University of Amsterdam/Fundamental Research on Matter)

In this Egyptian painting, the researchers pointed out that it shows a sled with water being poured in front of it. (Image source: University of Amsterdam/Fundamental Research on Matter)

The physicists conducted an experiment that showed how “capillary water bridges” formed with the addition of water, aiding in sliding. Too much water, however, would actually increase sliding friction.

“Our results, therefore, show that the friction coefficient is directly related to the shear modulus; this has important repercussions for the transport of granular materials. In addition, the polydispersity of the sand is shown to also have a large effect on the friction coefficient,” the authors wrote of the technical details in the abstract for the study published in Physical Review Letters.
