RUSSIA AND THE SUNNI MUSLIM THREAT

The total Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Russia last year was $1.5 trillion. The GDP of California was $2.5 trillion almost twice as much. Other than having nuclear arms, Russia is a weak nation, financially and militarily. The war in Syria has tied up most of its modern equipment and its trained special forces. So far, Russia has lost at least four military aircraft in Syria that we know of, and that does not include helicopters.

Russia has no blue-water navy. The only smoke-billowing aircraft carrier Russia has is so outdated, it barely made it to the Mediterranean for a tour of duty and then lost one of its aircraft because of a failure to catch it on landing. America has 11 nuclear-powered aircraft carriers with the most sophisticated aircraft ever built, and nine more small carriers for vertical take-off aircraft.

For every operational armored vehicle and tank Russia has, NATO has four. For every operational war plane Russia has, NATO has three. Most Russian fighters and bombers are decades old and not really war-ready. America’s National Guard has better and more modern equipment than the Russian Army.

Russia has 150 million people and a declining population. The United States is the third-most populous nation in the world with 330 million people, and more arriving daily. The manufacturing base in Russia is decaying, while America turns out the most advanced technology the world has ever seen.

An alleged Chinese spy reportedly infiltrated Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) office by posing as her driver for 20 years, according to multiple reports.

Reports from Politico and the San Francisco Chronicle revealed the alleged Chinese government mole posed as a staffer in Feinstein’s San Francisco office— serving as the California Democrat’s driver, Asian-American community liaison, and stand-in for the senator at Chinese consulate events.

Politico reported that the staffer allegedly delivered non-top-secret political intelligence to Chinese consulate officials in San Francisco. Five years ago, the FBI told Feinstein—who served as chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee—that her staffer was a spy.   READ MORE

FOUND: Ernest Hemingway story written in 1956 about wartime Paris

A little-known Ernest Hemingway story written back in 1956 about wartime Paris has just been published for the first time.

The themes and trappings of 'A Room on the Garden Side' are familiar for a Hemingway narrative: Paris, wartime, talk of books and wine and the scars of battle.

But the story itself has remained virtually unknown beyond the scholarly community for decades.

The brief, World War II-era fiction appears this week in the summer edition of The Strand Magazine, a literary quarterly that has released obscure works by Raymond Chandler, John Steinbeck and others.

'Hemingway's deep love for his favorite city as it is just emerging from Nazi occupation is on full display, as are the hallmarks of his prose,' Strand Managing Editor Andrew F. Gulli wrote in an editorial note.

Kirk Curnutt, a board member of The Hemingway Society, contributed an afterword for the Strand, saying that 'the story contains all the trademark elements readers love in Hemingway.'   MORE

Maxine Waters is accused of Funneling Money to her Daughter

A conservative watchdog group has filed an elections complaint against Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters that accuses her campaign of charging fellow Democrats to be included on her sample ballot mailer.

Waters, a longtime lawmaker from Los Angeles, has called for impeaching President Trump and told supporters they should confront administration staffers when they see them at restaurants and public areas.

A July complaint filed with the Federal Elections Commission accuses Waters of improper coordination as it relates to sample ballots she mails out to 200,000 households. MORE

Tommy Robinson Compared British Jail to Guantanamo

Robinson said other prisoners threw excrement and spat through cell window

Tommy Robinson has compared his spell in prison to Guantanamo Bay and claimed he survived on a diet of one tin of tuna and a piece of fruit a day during an appearance on Fox News in the US.    Robinson was on talk show Tucker Carlson Tonight in the US on Thursday to discuss his release from prison.

He was released from HMP Onley in Rugby on Wednesday after three leading judges in London quashed a contempt finding made at Leeds Crown Court in May.   Robinson was jailed for 13 months for contempt of court after a Facebook Live protest outside a Leeds Crown Court Trial.

The judge determined that Robinson's broadcasting of a video online breached a court order which postponed any reporting of a trial until the conclusion of another, linked, trial.   He was previously given a suspended sentence for contempt at Canterbury Crown Court, when a judge told him it was likely he would go to prison if he engaged in similar conduct in future.  At the appeal Lord Chief Justice, Lord Burnett, said the judge at Leeds Crown Court was wrong to deal with Robinson as quickly as he did.

Robinson has been freed on bail and will face a fresh hearing.   Read More

Stevie Nicks' Life- Drugs, abuse and and success

Buckingham Nicks

"Buckingham Nicks" album cover.

1Stevie Nicks may be recognized as one of the most iconic female singers in rock ‘n’ roll, but a new book focusing on the Fleetwood Mac vocalist is attempting to demystify the star.   Stephen Davis, who recently published an unauthorized tell-all titled “Gold Dust Woman,” previously collaborated with Mick Fleetwood on his 1990 memoir titled “Fleetwood."

Davis tracked down numerous sources who worked with both the band and Nicks herself. All requested anonymity for baring all and some still work for her.   Davis told Fox News one of the most surprising discoveries he uncovered was Nicks’ sheltered childhood before she skyrocketed to fame.

“Her father was a business executive and they moved all over the Southwest and West Coast when she was growing up,” he explained. “So she would change schools every 2-3 years. And her mother kept her at home.

"She took a lot of classes like ballet, tap dancing and acting, but mostly she stayed home and learned to play guitar, spent a lot of time in her room and wrote her first song when she was 16. And then she really didn’t have a steady boyfriend until she met Lindsey Buckingham at 19… So she had a much more sheltered childhood than most rockers seemed to have.”

When she left the family home, the Phoenix-born aspiring artist waited tables and cleaned people’s homes in Los Angeles for about five years. She reportedly showed up to audition for Fleetwood Mac wearing a waitress outfit.

Nicks failed to impress the group — at first.

“The band didn’t even really want to hire her,” claimed Davis. “Fleetwood Mac had been around for almost 10 years at that point. Their guitar player had to quit so Mick Fleetwood heard Lindsey Buckingham, who was Stevie’s boyfriend, playing the guitar, and tried to hire him to be the new guitarist for Fleetwood Mac.

NASCAR driver Greg Biffle 'secretly filmed his wife and mother-in-law with hidden cameras

A former NASCAR great is on trial this week after being accused of installing hidden cameras throughout his North Carolina home and not telling his then-wife and her mother about the devices.

Greg Biffle, 50, is being sued for 'no less than $100,000' by his estranged wife Nicole, 42, who claims she spent the final two years of her marriage being surveilled by Biffle and his friend Ricky Matthew Reavis without her knowledge.

It was not just her either, as Nicole's mother Sara Lunders was also filmed on these hidden cameras, having moved in with the couple in 2011 after the birth of their daughter.

USA –-(Ammoland.com)- Rush Limbaugh 30 Year Anniversary.

Rush Limbaugh’s 30 year anniversary was August 1st, 2018. I started listening to Rush Limbaugh around 1990. I can’t say in words how much I appreciate his impact on our society and give him a large amount of the credit for saving our country from the ravages of the leftist mainstream media.

SOUTH AFRICA TO CHANGE CONSTITUTION TO LEGALIZE TAKING AWAY WHITE FARMERS’ LAND

Coming to America?

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has said the ruling African National Congress must initiate a parliamentary process to enshrine in the constitution a proposed amendment, paving the way for land grabs without compensation.

Ramaphosa, who vowed to return the lands owned by the white farmers since the 1600s to the country’s black population after he assumed office in February this year, said on Tuesday that the ANC would introduce a constitutional amendment in parliament.   Read More
