In an interview on Kentucky WHAS radio’s “Leland Conway Show,” Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) warned against Democrats like Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) calling for people to confront Republicans in public.

“These are people that are unstable. We don’t want to encourage them,” said Paul. “We have to somehow ratchet it down and say we’re not encouraging that violence is ever OK.”

“I really worry that someone is going to be killed and that those who are ratcheting up the conversation. They have to realize that they bear some responsibility if this elevates to violence,” he added.

Pittsburgh authorities have released the identities of all 11 victims, aged 54 to 97, who were gunned down by suspect Robert Gregory Bowers while worshiping at a synagogue on Saturday morning. Jerry Rabinowitz, 65, Rose Mallinger, 97, Daniel Stein, 71, Richard Gottfried, 65, Joyce Fienberg, 75, Cecil Rosenthal, 59, David Rosenthal, 54, and Melvin Wax, 88, (left to right) were among those killed. Bernice Simon, 84, Sylvan Simon, 86, and 69-year-old Irving Younger were also identified as victims by Chief Medical Examiner Dr Karl Williams Sunday morning. David and Cecil Rosenthal were brothers and Sylvan and Bernice Simon were husband and wife. Stein had recently become a grandfather and Gottfried was a dentist. Bowers killed the victims inside the Tree of Life Synagogue on Saturday during worship services before a tactical police team tracked him down and shot him, police said in an affidavit.

Saudi Arabia will retaliate against any punitive measures with an even “stronger” response, the official news agency reported, in an apparent reaction to U.S. President Donald Trump’s threats to take action over the disappearance of a prominent government critic.

Driving under the influence -- whether of alcohol or drugs -- continues to be an area of concern. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, over one million drivers were arrested in 2016 for driving under the influence of either substance.

The agency also reported that marijuana use among drivers is on the rise -- increasing by 13 percent in the last year.

A new study that was recently published in De Gruyter’s Journal of Drug Policy Analysis explores the increase in driving under the influence of marijuana, as well as possible options available for testing THC levels.

Aiming for safety

As more states across the country legalize marijuana use, the researchers believe it may lead to more instances of people driving high. While there are several risk factors associated with driving under the influence, slowed reaction times and impaired depth perception and spatial judgment are some of the major concerns.

In addition to more stoned drivers, the researchers were interested in finding reliable ways to test drivers’ THC levels should they get pulled over. While breathalyzer tests are the most common -- and accurate -- way to determine a driver’s blood alcohol level, doing the same with weed proves to be more difficult.

The researchers suggested an oral fluid drug test as one such way to measure THC levels. This would involve getting a saliva sample from the driver and analyzing the drug levels. However, the report notes that these tests don’t measure specific levels -- just the presence or absence -- of drugs in the saliva.

An alternative would be a blood test, which would be able to assess how much marijuana is in the bloodstream. However, that would have to be performed by a trained medical professional in a medical facility -- which isn’t realistic for drivers getting pulled over on the side of the road. Additionally, the researchers note that THC levels drop rapidly in the blood, and would therefore pose the same concerns as the oral fluid test. It would be difficult to determine the level of impairment based on a blood test.

One potentially successful method would be a gaze test. The researchers explain in their report that several drugs -- including marijuana -- produce tiny movements in the eyes while the person under the influence attempts to stare straight ahead. While this method is still being tested, many law enforcement officials rely on field sobriety tests, which the researchers say can get tricky, or one of the chemical tests discussed above that may not produce the most accurate results.

What happened at Kanis Endoscopy Center prompted no review by officials in Arkansas, which, like 16 other states, has no mandate to report patient deaths after surgery center care. So no facility oversight authority has examined whether the deaths were a statistical anomaly or cause for alarm.

A Kaiser Health News and USA Today Network investigation found that surgery centers operate under such an uneven mix of rules across U.S. states that fatalities or serious injuries can result in no warning to government officials, much less to potential patients.  MORE

One of the top 10 movie openings last weekend has been met with a media blackout. The film is a gripping courtroom drama reminiscent of "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" — only this is a true story, and the special victims are the hundreds, if not thousands, of late-term babies that real life Dr. Kermit Gosnell delivered alive and killed in his filthy abortion clinic in Philadelphia.

The movie, "Gosnell: The Trial of America’s Biggest Serial Killer," is meticulously documented and based on actual court transcripts and the grand jury’s report. Mercifully, the screenwriters masterfully convey this grisly tale without actually showing any graphic or gory visuals. The movie closes with dialogue between the detective, played by Dean Cain, and a young reporter that seems to be a sharp challenge from the filmmakers to the media: Don’t ignore this story (and others like it) due to bias on abortion politics.

A similar bias allowed Gosnell to operate with impunity for 30 years with virtually no inspections from the state health department. The grand jury report described Gosnell as a “butcher of women” stating that he “didn’t just kill babies. He was also a deadly threat to mothers.” Two women died at his hands, and countless others were gravely maimed, yet numerous complaints fell on deaf ears. These horrors were eventually discovered only by accident, when the clinic was raided by the FBI and the DEA in a bust of Gosnell’s illegal prescription drug ring. The agents were shocked to find little babies’ bodies “ scattered throughout, in cabinets, in the basement, in a freezer, in jars and bags…. It was a baby charnel house.” Were it not for this, Gosnell would still be “serving” women and snipping babies’ spines at his “Women’s Medical Society” in West Philadelphia.

Tragically, there are other Gosnell-type abortionists operating today with impunity. Much of what Gosnell did illegally is being done legally in other states that do not have Pennsylvania’s 24-week abortion limit. Abortion doctors in Maryland and New Mexico openly advertise late second- and even third-trimester abortions online, and this ugly truth is mostly, inexplicably, ignored by the media.

One such late-term abortion specialist is the notorious LeRoy Carhart. Unlike Gosnell, Carhart was smart enough to evade scrutiny by moving his clinic from Nebraska to Maryland, which has no meaningful limits on third-trimester abortions. Carhart was caught on tape explaining that he injects a poison, Digoxin, into the baby’s heart prior to inducing labor, so that the baby won’t be born alive.

Wednesday on his nationally syndicated radio show, conservative talker Rush Limbaugh compared the situation involving journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was allegedly brutally killed at a Saudi Arabian consulate in Turkey, to that of the tragedy of September 11, 2012 at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi that resulted in the deaths of J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

Limbaugh noted the reluctance of the media and others to question the handling of the situation by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton versus how President Donald Trump will handle the Saudi government regarding the apparent Khashoggi murder.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have a question. I continue to get emails about the so-called Washington Post journalist, Jamal Khashoggi. My question is a really rather simple one: Where was this concern for our ambassador and three other men brutally murdered in Benghazi? Somebody explain that to me? You realize how much attention is being paid to what… Has it been confirmed….? Did something happen since this program began?

Has it been confirmed that Khashoggi was murdered by the 15 hit men from Saudi Arabia? Has it been confirmed? It’s not confirmed? So it’s still likely or thought to be… And the story is that it took him seven minutes to die, that they dismembered him alive, at some point gave him drugs to knock him out, and then they listened to music while they did all of this. And of course until I blew up the theory that the Apple Watch contained the evidence, they were gonna try to make it look like proof existed in the form of audio recordings.

Khashoggi knew what was in store for him and he had finagled his Apple Watch to record the stuff somehow on his iPhone. That is very, very unlikely because of it being technologically impossible, barring just only two exceptions. I would have a tough time believing Khashoggi even knew to do or how to do. But all of this concern. And remember Hillary Clinton, when repeated questions were asked about how in the world four Americans were allowed to be murdered in Benghazi, with no assistance, and Hillary Clinton’s reaction?

(paraphrased) “What difference does it make now?” she said in frustration. Does anybody see a disparity here in proportion? Now, of course, we all understand why. The Democrats seriously believe they have a way of blaming Donald Trump for this. CNN all afternoon has tried to make it look like that Trump knows the Saudis did it and is trying to provide them cover. That’s… It’s despicable! The graphics that they are using to try to make that case. But I think there’s a lot proportionality missing here. Again, I don’t think the media realizes how obvious their subterfuge is to people now.

Forward: Notice how the media, including FAUX NEWS keeps calling Khashoggi an AMERICAN journalist, implying he was a US citizen.  HE IS NOT!  He is an Arabian, WORKING for an American newspaper!  That's a big difference.  In my opinion, Khashoggi was an anti-American terrorist supported, and I don't give a hoot that he is dead- and it certainly isn't worth $300 oil!  And that's what you are going to get, if Trump falls for this nonsense!  Below is a real dead American the media doesn't tell you about!

A shocking racial hate crime has killed a man who lived his life trying to help others, but the details in the case mean there will be no riots, and you probably won’t hear his name mentioned on the national news.

A 55-year-old journalist and volunteer first responder was attacked from behind before being dragged into a parking lot in New Jersey. Then, his assailant stole the man’s car and used it to drive over the victim’s head, leaving him gravely injured.

The assault occurred in May, but the victim remained on life support until his death on Thursday. To make the horrific attack even worse, authorities believe the journalist was targeted and ultimately killed because of his skin color.

Benghazi survivor Kris “Tanto” Paronto had a few choice words for those who have been critical of President Donald Trump’s response to the death of Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi at Turkey’s Saudi Arabian Embassy.

Addressing his tweet to the “leftist journalists & liberalists” who are angry about the Trump administration’s handling of the situation, Paronto asked, “Where in the hell were you when @BarackObama left 30+ AMERICANS to die in Benghazi Libya including an Ambassador?”

The Washington Post falsely suggested that Georgetown Preparatory School was hiring a new employee to deal with fallout from the Kavanaugh hearings, despite the school directly contradicting WaPo’s report.

Emily Heil reported on October 18 that Georgetown Prep was hiring a director of alumni relations, and wrote that the school posted the advertisement for the position this week. The article further suggested that the school was adding the position because of the news surrounding the confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, a Georgetown Prep alum, to the Supreme Court.

However, Heil was informed prior to publication of her article by a spokesperson for Georgetown Prep that the position was posted back in July.

Heil specifically asked spokesperson Patrick Coyle when the alumni director job was posted, according to a copy of the email posted by @AG_Conservative.

The replica of a Roman triumphal arch originally built in Palmyra, Syria, essentially has been on a world tour.

But the arch isn’t just a Roman ruin. It was originally an arch for the Temple of Baal, a pagan god repeatedly mentioned in the Old Testament. The rites of Baal were marked by child sacrifice and ritual prostitution.

A new study says what were billed as the oldest fossils on Earth may just be some rocks.

Two years ago, a team of Australian scientists found odd structures in Greenland that they said were partly a leftover from microbes that lived on an ancient seafloor. The tiny structures were said to be 3.7 billion years old.

But different researchers concluded in a study published Wednesday that the structures were likely not fossils.

The Australian scientists defended their work. In a statement, they said the researchers didn’t take samples from the same places.

Leon Czolgosz, a Polish immigrant, grew up in Detroit and had worked as a child laborer in a steel mill. As a young adult, he gravitated toward socialist and anarchist ideology. He claimed to have killed McKinley because he was the head of what Czolgosz thought was a corrupt government. Czolgosz was convicted and executed in an electric chair on October 29, 1901. The unrepentant killer’s last words were “I killed the president because he was the enemy of the good people—the working people.” His electrocution was allegedly filmed by Thomas Edison.

Strange missing answers about this crash!

This was a limousine, carrying 17 passengers and the driver, which tore through a stop sign at a busy intersection, hit a parked Toyota Highlander and also hit and killed two pedestrians. Twenty dead, apparently instantly.

But there were immediate red flags. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said the driver didn’t have the necessary commercial license, and the vehicle failed a recent state inspection of chassis suspension and brakes.

He also told the Associated Press that the limo, which was built by cutting apart a heavy-duty SUV and lengthening it, had been built without federal certification. The NTSB will determine if it met federal standards.

Cuomo added, “In my opinion, the owner of this company had no business putting a failed vehicle on the road. Prestige has a lot of questions to answer.”

Indeed. Who owns the Prestige Limousine Company and how did they maintain their vehicles?

The family of the limo driver believes he was given an unsafe vehicle. His widow said her husband had expressed concerns about the vehicles.

And then there’s the company owner.

The “operator” of the company is 28-year-old Nauman Hussain. His father, Shahed “Malik” Hussain, a Pakistani immigrant, is the owner of the company, but he’s been in Pakistan for health reasons.

Uh oh.

Four days after the accident, the son was picked up in a traffic stop – his vehicle filled with packed luggage. He was arrested and charged with criminally negligent homicide for the limo wreck.

During his arraignment, a judge entered a not-guilty plea for him and he left after posting $150,000 bond with his lawyer, claiming a rush to judgment. The lawyer also claims the man left his home because he felt unsafe after receiving threats.

Uh oh, again.

State Police Superintendent George Beach said Nauman Hussein is solely responsible for the limo being on the road that night. If he’s found guilty, he could face up to four years in prison.

But his father is the tip of the iceberg, virtually ignored by our media.

Daddy owns the company. Who is he? He’s 62-year-old Shahed Hussein, whose latest address is in Gansevoort, New York, in a small hotel and motel units. The manager of the hotel says the owner is Mr. Malik who lives in Dubai.

Dubai?

While Shahed Hussein is in Pakistan for health reasons, his two sons, Shahyer and Nauman, lived in a mansion outside of Albany, where neighbors reported seeing stretch limos and young Russian girls coming and going until the two men abruptly moved out Sept. 30, a few days before the limo accident.

Daddy has an interesting backstory. It turns out he went underground for the FBI in several sting operations to expose terror plots. He recruited four men to infiltrate a mosque in Newburgh, New York, involving plots to shoot down planes and blow up synagogues in the Bronx. Those men were convicted. Hussain also helped convict the imam of an Albany mosque, involved in a scheme to sell a surface-to-air missile to terrorists in Pakistan.

He originally fled Pakistan where he had been accused of murder twice. To get out and avoid a third arrest, the father bribed police. He got into the U.S. in 1994 after going thru Russia, Mexico and finally into El Paso, Texas. He applied for political asylum and wound up working for the DMV as a translator. Then he was found to be in a scheme to take money from illegals to allow them to pass their drivers tests to get a license.

The FBI arrested him in 2002. He took a plea deal which involved working as an informant. Four years later, after filing for bankruptcy, he came into some mysterious money, bought a hotel, and went to work for the FBI for $96,000 to infiltrate mosques.

Over time, questions were raised about his honesty in his FBI reports, to say nothing of his financial dealings. He’s been involved in dozens of lawsuits in Albany County, including one by his attorney. He’s changed the names of his businesses and has several different addresses.

My questions:

• Why don’t the media cover the FBI connection to this guy?

• What made them interested in hiring him?

• Is there any link to terrorism in this crash?

• What killed all those people? They all died at once? Of what?

• What are the autopsy results and when will they be released?

• Why was there was no explosion or any fire in the accident?

• What was that loud noise the passengers heard?

• Why, why, what what?
