Worshippers at a Jewish temple dating back more than 2,700 years likely smoked cannabis during cultic ceremonies, ancient Israeli limestone reveals.

Analysis of material on two Iron Age altars, discovered at the entrance to a shrine in Israel, were found to contain cannabis, as well as frankincense. 

Renowned as one of the gifts brought by the Three Wise Men, the aromatic resin was regularly burned by priests during ancient ceremonial rituals. 

But the presence of cannabis suggests the use of a deliberate psychoactive, to stimulate ecstasy as part of esoteric ceremonies. 

Tel Arad is one of the most important archaeological sites in Israel, on which remains of a fortified city was found. It's located west of the Dead Sea, about six miles from the modern Israeli city of Arad

'This is the first time cannabis has been identified in the Ancient Near East,' said lead author Dr Eran Arie, of the The Israel Museum, Jerusalem.

'Its use in the shrine must have played a central role in the cultic rituals performed there.' 

Dr Arie claims the discovery is the earliest evidence of cultic use of cannabis in the world and the first known evidence of hallucinogenic substance found in the Kingdom of Judah.

Although we are sinners, we can come to God, free and easy – but there is something you must do! First we must know just who God is. The real God. We must understand that the word for God in English is incomplete. In Hebrew the word for God is Elohim. In Greek it is Theos. In German, Gud (God).... The ironic thing about this word elohim is that it doesn't only apply to the real God. Pagan gods are also rendered theos or elohim by God in the Bible. The human word (whether in Hebrew, Greek or English) is actually as pagan as the Devil himself, yet God uses these words not only express the GODHEAD (Jesus and the Father), but all phony gods as well. So when you read the word God in the Bible, one has to decide what God is being talked about- demons, angels or the Godhead. The translators made it easy for us by CAPTILAZING the “G” when the term applied to the real God. 

So, according to the Bible the real God (Elohim) is really a Godhead comprising of two beings: Christ and the Father. The word Theos or Elohim is what is called a uni-plural word. This means it is a singular form of the word (not plural) BUT being made up of more than one! Church, school, Barney are uni-plural words. One church has many members. The Barney name is a family name of many people.

I'm sorry to the Trinitarians out there, but the Holy Spirit is not a third God. The Two that make up the Godhead composed of The Holy Spirit. Just as Male and Females (the human form of the Godhead – thus explains how we are made in the image of God) are composed of blood! This is why blood is sacred. It is the human symbol of the Holy Spirit!

The next thing we must understand is who among the Godhead is speaking. Just a quick reading of John chapter 1 clearly shows that the God who speaks, who created everything that exists is none other the Yahweh- the God who BECAME Jesus Christ! Jesus Himself plainly tells the people this in John 8. They ask him who he claimed to be. He said, before Abraham was, I AM! Now turn your Bible to Exodus Chapter 3

and read for yourself the chapter. Moses ask the voice calling to him from the burning bush, “who are you, what is your name.” The answer is shocking when read for the first time. The God who spoke from the bush gave Moses His personal name! Read it for yourself! 

After understanding who God is, then what does God want? Believe it or not, what God wants isn't all that difficult! We make it difficult by allowing human ministers, so-called prophets and “holy men” to twist Christ's easy way to find Him – and your salvation....

Ignorance of Facts Strikes Covid-19 News Conference

Many Americans, not just livestock producers, have been concerned about the disregard of basic Constitutional rights that have surfaced during this corona virus epidemic. Abuse of power at local, municipal and state levels has been somewhat surprising and certainly disturbing.

That is a subject for several columns. But this one is about an abuse close to home for animal agriculture, of a governor using the Covid-19 platform and a news conference about same to push a personal agenda based on misinformation and personal contacts.

Being tone deaf is one thing. Misrepresenting and misleading the public is another. Letting personal fringe opinions affect the performance of public duty is another. Frightening people unnecessarily has become so second nature to some politicians enamored with the power they have seized using the Covid-19 problem as a ruse, we’re not even sure they know they are doing it.

Colorado Governor Jared Polis illustrated all those shortcomings and more during a news conference ostensibly about the Covid-19 situation in the state (05/20/20).

Instead, right near the beginning of his part of the news conference, he attacked animal agriculture, a segment of the economy struggling to handle the corona virus situation as it is and critically important to his state’s economy.

World leaders are realizing that medicines, money, research and legislation cannot by themselves win the battle against disease. As we face global plagues and deadly new diseases, can we find in the Bible a prescription for true health?

The history of the human race is the story of an endless struggle against disease. We declare war on cancer and heart disease—yet they remain leading causes of death. Mammoth efforts were expended to eradicate malaria—a disease that helped topple the Roman Empire—yet it is returning with a vengeance. Citizens of the world are urged to fight against AIDS—yet this new disease is ravaging nations and destroying lives around the globe. Billions of dollars are spent annually in the battle against disease, but the problems continue to grow. Is there something we have failed to see?

As a new millennium dawns, leaders in government and the medical community are beginning to realize that medicines, money, research and legislation alone cannot win the battle against disease. Winning the battle will require utilizing every tool available—and learning more effective ways to address problems. The situation we face on a global scale is serious. Old plagues once thought conquered are reemerging. Deadly new diseases are appearing. Health systems in many nations are deteriorating under the strain of burgeoning populations and limited financial resources. While the cry of "health for all" appears a noble and attainable goal, Dr. Gro Harlem Brundtland, director-general of the World Health Organization, acknowledges that "it remains elusive"—an illusion that keeps slipping over the horizon (Foreign Policy, Jan-Feb 2002, p. 25).

Perhaps it is time to ask: Why have we failed to win the battle against disease? Have real solutions been ignored? Can religion play a fundamental role in this crucial struggle? Did a loving and all-wise Creator reveal fundamental concepts that would revolutionize our approach to health? Does the Bible contain practical principles that could effectively eliminate the incredible burden of sickness that plagues the world?

A real estate listing has gone viral after hilarious photos showed Bigfoot enjoying the inside of the property. The Zillow listing for the $999,000 home in Fenton, California has been viewed nearly half a million times since it was posted last Friday thanks to images of the elusive ape-like creature reading, baking and doing yoga inside the residence. Photographs of the exterior of the five-bedroom property do not appear out of the ordinary, until the Sasquatch suddenly appears in one snap sitting on the home's wooden deck. 

Fragments from the Dead Sea Scroll thought to be completely blank, are actually covered in ancient Hebrew and Aramaic inscriptions, study reveals.

Pieces of the scroll held by the University of Manchester were examined by experts from Kings College London and the University of Malta who found the tiny letters.

One of the fragments has four lines of text with 15-16 letters including the word Shabbat (Sabbath) that could be related to the biblical book of Ezekiel (46:1-3). 

Using a multispectral imaging technique that involves looking at it through different wavelengths, Professor Taylor also found the Hebrew letter for L on a fragment.

The discovery means that the pieces held by the University of Manchester are the only authenticated fragments of the Dead Sea Scrolls in the UK.

Four fragments of the Dead Sea Scrolls held by the University of Manchester were put through detailed imaging by Professor Joan Taylor from Kings College London.

Professor Taylor found letters, sewn thread, ruled lines and even discernible words on the ancient pieces of parchment previously assumed to be blank.    

All of these small pieces of parchment were unearthed in the official excavations of the Qumran caves, and were never passed through the antiquities market.

It’s unlikely that COVID-19 crossed species lines at a Wuhan, China, wet market that China originally pinpointed as the source of the global pandemic, a study of the disease found.

The study’s authors, Canadian evolutionary biologist Shing Zhan and MIT molecular biologist Yujia Alina Chan, found that “phylogenetic tracking suggests” that the virus “had been imported into the market by humans.”

Horrified people are swearing off strawberries after learning that small bugs and worms crawl out of them when they are soaked in salt water. 

People have been taking to TikTok to share footage of themselves trying the fruit cleaning method to see if there are little critters hiding in their store-bought berries — and many were disgusted to find out there were.

Writer Krista Torres posted a video of herself making gagging noises after watching a tiny worm crawl across one of her strawberries following a 30-minute salt water soak.

Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland, is a U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (MRDC) installation most well-known for being a center for biomedical research and development.

Now home to the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases where deadly agents like Ebola, smallpox and anthrax are studied, Fort Detrick spans 13,000 acres and 600 buildings surrounded by suburban sprawl — but when it was first developed nearly eight decades ago, the location was chosen for its isolation.¹

Remoteness, at the time, was key, because Fort Detrick was to be a center for the development of highly secretive germ warfare. During World War II, biological agents were deemed to be a significant threat.

“Scientists converged at Camp Detrick in 1943 to develop defenses to protect our troops from this threat,” according to the U.S. Army. “The research program at Fort Detrick pioneered the laboratory facility designs, equipment and procedures used for infectious disease research that are in place today in laboratories worldwide.”²

One of the first scientists assigned to Fort Detrick’s secret biological warfare laboratory during WWII was bioweapons expert Frank Olson.³ In 1953, Olson died after plummeting to the ground from a high-rise hotel room window in Manhattan.

Days earlier, he had been secretly drugged by the Central Intelligence Agency, which claimed Olson’s death was a suicide. Decades later, it was revealed that Olson didn’t jump from the window — he was deliberately murdered after the CIA became concerned that he might reveal disturbing top-secret operations.

I’ve thought a bit about why the media blue-checks hate me so (and, let’s be honest, they do hate me so). I’m nobody, really; I don’t have a prime time news show or a syndicated column; I have all of 103,000 followers on Twitter. But I am a particular burr for three reasons:

I’m a class traitor. Not just because I worked for The New York Times for 10 years and wrote lots of hardball pieces about companies (not to mention our failures in Iraq) that make me tough to dismiss as a right-wing nutter, much as they’d like to try.

No, I’m a class traitor in another, arguably more important way, too; the media/academic left tries to cudgel its opponents with an attitude of mocking scorn and intellectual superiority. The president has been a useful foil for them in this (as they have been for him).

But that game doesn’t work with me; I’m as credentialed as the people shouting at me, only I follow the facts where they go. (This is why these people hated my book, “Tell Your Children,” so much; one can know cannabis has serious mental health risks and still want it legalized, but the blue-checks had been telling each other the same nonsense for so long they genuinely didn’t understand that cannabis was dangerous. They’re still trying to figure out what to do with that news. And they can’t stand knowing it.)

And the email I get – which is overwhelming, and overwhelmingly in favor of this effort – suggests many, many people – some fancy, some not – are sick of feeling mocked and told they’re stupid for their sincere beliefs about the dangers of the lockdowns.

The second reason is I think it’s clear by now that my wife and I practice what we preach; we don’t fear #COVID, not for ourselves or our kids.

So accusing us of being hypocrites won’t fly.

Tony Fauci has held the top post at the NIAID in Washington for an astonishing 36 years. Today he is well past retirement age at 79, and holds the funds to determine which drug companies or university researchers will get precious government funds or not from NIAID’s annual $5 billion budget.

Let’s go back to 1984 when Fauci was named head of NIAID during the Reagan era. That year an AIDS researcher, Robert Gallo, working under Fauci, held a press conference to announce that he had “discovered” the AIDS virus. He said it was HIV– human immunodeficiency virus. The shocking announcement which went around the world, was in complete disregard of scientific procedures of prior peer-reviewed published scientific evidence, including the required electron microscope analyses. It was a case of “science by press conference” as a critical scientist, Prof. Peter H. Duesberg described it. Duesberg was an award-winning researcher at Berkeley who isolated the first cancer gene through his work on retroviruses in 1970, and mapped the genetic structure of these viruses.

For Gallo and Fauci, that was unimportant as millions in research funds flowed into NIAID to research the new virus, HIV. Fauci and Gallo claimed that AIDS was highly contagious, also by sexual transmission, especially among homosexual men. Notably, before the Gallo claim to have found the HIV AIDS virus, NIAID had been doing research on the role of drugs, poppers or nitrites, proven immune-suppressants, in the deaths of the earliest AIDS patients. That was quickly dropped in favor of researching a “cure” for AIDS. Media was told that AIDS was the “public health threat of the Century.” Gallo went on to make millions on his patented blood test for HIV, despite the fact that the test was often giving false positives and did not test directly for the alleged virus but for active antibodies, something immunology practice said was not valid, as antibodies merely suggested a past infection response and not necessarily presence of AHIV. At this time in the 1980’S Fauci was responsible for AIDS research at NIAID, a post he still holds.

In America today, almost 3 million people die each year, or when broken down, about 7,708.22 a day to be exact. Around 74% of all deaths in the United States occur as a result of 10 causes. Over the past 5 years, the main causes of death in the U.S. have remained fairly consistent, and coronavirus isn''t even a knit on a knat's ass. Remember so far this year, a little over 95,000 have died (probably, maybe) of this virus.  During the same time, some 893,000 others have died from all other causes.  Let's look at the top 10 American deaths as a whole year (2017 stats):

1) Heart Disease led deaths by  647,457

• Percentage of total deaths: 23.5%

2) Cancer:

• Deaths in 2017: 599,108
• Percentage of total deaths: 21.3%

3)  Unintentional injuries:

• Deaths in 2017: 169,936
• Percentage of total deaths: 6%

4) Chronic lower respiratory disease

• Deaths in 2017: 160,201
• Percentage of total deaths: 5.7%

Chronic lower respiratory disease refers to a group of lung conditions that block the airflow and cause breathing-related issues. These diseases include:

• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
• bronchitis
• emphysema
• asthma

5). Stroke and cerebrovascular diseases

• Deaths in 2017: 146,383
• Percentage of total deaths: 5.2%

Cerebrovascular diseases develop due to problems with the blood vessels that supply the brain.

Four of the most common cerebrovascular diseases are:

• stroke
• transient ischemic attack, or mini stroke
• subarachnoid hemorrhage
• vascular dementia

Every year, more than 795,000 people in the U.S. have a stroke. The risk of stroke varies with race, ethnicity, and age.

The highest death rates from stroke in the U.S. occur in the Southeast.

6) Alzheimer’s disease

• Deaths in 2017: 121,404
• Percentage of total deaths: 4.3%

7)   Diabetes

• Deaths in 2017: 83,564
• Percentage of total deaths: 3%

8).  Influenza and pneumonia... You know... the FLU!

• Influenza, or flu, is a highly contagious viral infection. It is one of the most severe illnesses of the winter season.

  Flu spreads easily from person to person, usually when someone who carries the virus coughs or sneezes.

  A person can have the flu more than once, as many different strains of the virus can cause infection. They may belong to one of three different influenza families: A, B or C.

  Type A viruses tend to affect adults more severely, while type B viruses most often cause health problems in children. Type C viruses are fairly uncommon.

  Pneumonia, a serious condition that causes inflammation of the lungs, can cause complications in people who have the flu.

  Pneumonia causes the air sacs in the lungs to fill with pus and other fluids, preventing oxygen from reaching the bloodstream. If there is too little oxygen in the blood, the body’s cells cannot function. This can be fatal.

  When a person dies by suicide, they may have lived with a mental health condition — such as depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder — for a long time.

      It being reported that the Chinese are developing a lethal form of Ebola, for use on enemies if a war develops.  This new strain kills 99.76% of infected people within 24 hours. Theoretically, 25% of the American population could be wiped out in 48-72 hours, another 50% within 3 weeks. Worse yet, if Iran gets this technology, World War 3 will happen starting in the Middle East and Israel!

You ask: Is that possible?

Experts then say: We live in a very different world now. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gave a speech during her term at a biological-weapons conference in Geneva in which she stressed that the threat of biological terror can no longer be ignored. “There are warning signs,” Clinton said, including “evidence in Afghanistan that . . . Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula made a call to arms for—and I quote—‘brothers with degrees in microbiology or chemistry to develop a weapon of mass destruction.’ ”

You ask: What should our strategy be?

Experts advise that we have been experimenting with a cold virus, that could be genetically modified to only harm elderly and sick people, but could be genetically modified to target only males of all ages as well.  This could be also modified to be halted by use of a common drug, that will remain a secret, so we could protect our own citizens.

Then we advise that our double agents convince the Chinese that our virus is much more lethal and controllable than the one they are working on.  Mr. President, we make it possible for China to steal the virus and the research we have done (that we lie about), which will lead them in the wrong direction. This will give us time to come up with a treatment for their modified Ebola virus.

Experts:   Mr. President, at the annual meeting of the European Scientific Working Group on Influenza, in Malta, several hundred astonished scientists sat in silence as Ron Fouchier, a Dutch virologist at the Erasmus Medical Center, in Rotterdam, reported that simply transferring avian influenza from one ferret to another had made it highly contagious. Fouchier explained that he and his colleagues “mutated the hell out of H5N1”—meaning that they had altered the genetic sequence of the virus in a variety of ways. That had no effect. Then, as Fouchier later put it, “someone finally convinced me to do something really, really stupid.” He spread the virus the old-fashioned way, by squirting the mutated H5N1 into the nose of a ferret and then implanting nasal fluid from that ferret into the nose of another. After ten such manipulations, the virus began to spread around the ferret cages in his lab. Ferrets that received high doses of H5N1 died within days, but several survived exposure to lower doses.

When Fouchier examined the flu cells closely, however, he became alarmed. There were only five genetic changes in two of the viruses’ eight genes. But each mutation had already been found circulating naturally in influenza viruses. Fouchier’s achievement was to place all five mutations together in one virus, which meant that nature could do precisely what he had done in the lab. Another team of researchers, led by Yoshihiro Kawaoka, at the University of Wisconsin, created a slightly different form of the virus, which, while not as virulent, was also highly contagious. One of the world’s most persistent horror fantasies, expressed everywhere from Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein” to “Jurassic Park,” had suddenly come to pass: a dangerous form of life, manipulated and enhanced by man, had become lethal.

“We can learn a great deal about transmission of influenza virus through the air from this work, and it’s something we know very little about,” Ab Osterhaus, the leader of the Erasmus team, said. “Nobody was going to make this virus in his garage. There are so many better ways to create terror. You have to compare the risk posed by nature with the theoretical risk that a human might use this virus for harm. I take the bioterror threat very seriously. But we have to address the problems logically. And nature is much more sophisticated than anyone in any lab. Nature is going to manufacture this virus or something like it. We know that. Bioterrorists might, but nature will. Look at the past century: the 1918 flu, H.I.V., Ebola, and H1N1. The Spanish flu took months. sars maybe a couple of weeks. This is happening all the time, and we have ways to fight it. So where is the greatest risk? Is it in someone’s garage or in nature? Because you cannot prevent scientists from getting the information they need to address that risk. I understand politics and publicity. But I also understand that viruses do not care about any of that.”

Mr President we need to act! If not America will be destroyed!
