From two years ago! How things have so quickly changed with a stolen election...
During this latest "crisis" the one thing that the coronavirus has proved to us is that America is no longer a superpower. We manufacture very little in this country as we are finding out in this latest coronavirus episode. A superpower is not a consuming country, but rather a manufacturing country. This what America was in 1942. We manufactured for the entire world; we didn't need to import anything. Today America is a paper tiger, a weak dependent nation - dependent on other nations. God predicted this to Moses about us.
Yes, it's true, we can nuke every enemy we have and that is a deterrent, but in a widespread tactical war against true powers like Russia (someday Germany and Japan again), and China, we would quickly find out how weak we really are. Superpowers control their destinies. Superpowers make everything they need to go to war, Superpowers do not need trading with enemies to build its war machine. Japan, Germany in 1940 saw just what happens when one goes to war without their own natural resources! They lost, and in such a war today, we will as well! We are as weak today, as Churchill and England were in 1939! Read these stats:
During the 3-1/2 years of World War II that started with the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor in December of 1941 and ended with the surrender of Germany and Japan in 1945, "We the People of the U.S.A." produced the following:
34 million tons of merchant ships
24,000 transport aircraft
3,000,000 machine guns and
2,500,000 military trucks
We put 16.1 million men in uniform in the various armed services, invaded Africa, invaded Sicily and Italy, won the battle for the Atlantic, planned and executed D-Day, marched across the Pacific and Europe, developed the atomic bomb and, ultimately, conquered Japan and Germany.
It's worth noting that this all took place in less than half the time the Obama Administration was in place. With more than twice this amount of time, the Obama Administration couldn't even build a healthcare web site that worked!!!
To his credit, Trump has been trying to reverse this, but still at this time, three years into his term, America is still a consuming economy-depending on everyone else in the world to literally survive. This is what Donald Trump is trying to do for us- MAKE US A TRUE SUPERPOWER AGAIN! It's time America wakes up and supports his efforts to make America Great Again!
